Salary
- Salaries are reviewed annually in April to take inflationary increases into account.
- There is a generous annual increment up our salary scale based on anniversary date of employment.
Leave
- 27 days holiday (plus two grace days each year and eight bank holidays) giving a total of 37 days leave per annum.
- Up to 10 days paid special leave to accommodate life events such as exams, marriage, moving house or bereavement.
- Generous sick-leave provision.
- Sabbatical leave up to 12 months unpaid after three years of service.
Pension
- Life insurance of four times gross salary.
- You are encouraged to join the Amnesty International Superannuation Scheme. This is a defined contribution to which Amnesty International contributes 7% of gross salary and will match individual employee contributions up to an additional 3%.
